- 1 pack of Chan’s Yum Cha at Home Steam Selection
- Light Soy Sauce
- Sweet Chilli sauce
- Finely chopped red chilli (to garnish)
- Finely chopped spring onion (to garnish)
Prepare Chan’s Yum Cha at Home Steam Selection according to pack instructions. Meanwhile, lay out spoons on a serving platter. Fill half of the spoons with 1 teaspoon of soy sauce each. Fill the other half with 1 teaspoon of sweet chilli sauce. Place each cooked Yum Cha piece on a single spoon, creating variety between the sauce and dumpling flavours. Garnish each spoon with the chilli and spring onion.
